Ok, it is official.... Tie-Dye is back. It is no longer just used for dressing up for a costume party. You can wear as much or as little as you like.... opt for tie-dye dress or for a scarf. If you are a bit shy about wearing this trend, stick to one accessories piece - just add a hint of it. You can always stick to more neutral colors to make it more subtle as well.
